Cancellations

Numismatic & Accessory Orders

In-stock items: Cancellations are allowed if the merchandise has not yet shipped. (Payments made via credit card or PayPal will incur an additional 5% fee.)

Pre-orders and Subscriptions: No cancellations are permitted. Placing a pre-order or subscription order with Maple Leaf Mint signifies a binding commitment to purchase.

We may, at our discretion, consider cancellation requests and may offer store credit or apply a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.

Maple Leaf Mint reserves the right to refuse future business or pursue legal remedies against customers who place high-volume orders and fail to complete payment obligations.

Bullion & Precious Metal Orders

Once an order number is issued, the price is locked, and the transaction cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is unavoidable, the order may only be offset at our current ask price. Any difference between the original sale price and the offset price will be charged to you.

In addition, a cancellation fee of $35 for orders under $500 and $60 for orders over $500 will apply.

Gains from canceled bullion or precious metal orders remain the property of Maple Leaf Mint.

Returns

General Policy

No returns are accepted on bullion, coins, copper, silver, or other precious metals.

Returns are accepted only for accessories and other items not considered bullion, coins, or precious metals.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.

You must contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Eligibility Requirements

Merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping fees, as well as any credit card or PayPal processing fees, are non-refundable (including on orders that originally qualified for free shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Coins, bullion, copper, silver, or other precious metals

Discounted or sale items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom items

Mystery packs

Sealed items

Shipping Instructions for Approved Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mapleleafmint.ca with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not ship any items back without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email confirming its receipt and whether it has been accepted or rejected.

If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable timeframe:

An exchange of merchandise for the returned item, or

A non-transferable store credit.

General

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of the return or exchange, or the imposition of additional terms at our discretion.
