At Maple Leaf Mint, we are committed to providing reliable and cost-effective shipping for our customers. All orders are shipped through Canada Post Small Business Solutions using select services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been received and cleared.
Pre-orders and back-ordered items will ship once available. Estimated timelines for pre-orders will be provided at checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following Canada Post services:
Expedited Parcel (Canada): 1–7 business days, includes tracking and $100 liability coverage.
Tracked Packet International: 6–10 business days to most destinations, includes tracking and $100 liability coverage.
Xpresspost International: 4–7 business days to most destinations, includes tracking and $100 liability coverage.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout once a shipping address is provided.
Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Maple Leaf Mint may, at its discretion, offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
Customers can track shipments directly through www.canadapost-postescanada.ca.
Insurance & Liability
- All shipments include $100 CAD liability coverage provided by Canada Post.
- Customers may purchase additional insurance for higher-value items at checkout.
- Maple Leaf Mint is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once handed to Canada Post.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via Tracked Packet International or Xpresspost International.
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude original shipping charges.
